Shipping Policy
- No delivery to P.O boxes - Delivery items are based on working days i.e excluding weekends and public holidays - Delivery is from 3 to 7 working days - Click and collect within 3 to 7 working days - Door to door delivery is from R100 - We deliver only in South Africa
Refunds Policy
- If you aren't happy with your online purchase, you may return the products either: via courier at your own cost, or drop off at our address within 7 working days of receiving it.
We do not do refunds on items bought.
You are able to exchange within the value of the item. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Should items be damaged during transit, please report it immediately by sending us pictures of the damages to +27671639138 within 24 hours.
Shortages in orders need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving it. Colour of the bedding may not be changed once placed as they are made per order.
Furniture Items
Have a lead time of 7-10 working days. All furniture items are made per order and therefore can not be exchanged or refunded. Furniture items that are damaged or have defects will be fixed for the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their furniture order can fit into their homes and path leading to their doors(stairs etc), dimensions are given on the website. Should a delivery have to be made again because of this, the client will be charged an additional R400 for 2nd delivery.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on sales items. Only damaged items on delivery will be replaced
